It’s been a very busy season for us with a return to weddings and we’re so thankful to be hard at work and watching the joy in our clients’ faces as they finally march down that aisle. Romantically Modern Wedding at The Evergreen Portland

Meet Chelsea and Vinnie. These lovebirds married three years ago today at The Evergreen in Portland. Their September wedding was a delightful combination of romance, modern minimalism. urban industrial elements and historical details. Lush autumnal flowers and foliage from Bramble Floral Design were installed throughout the event spaces, bringing the romantic fall feel indoors. Contemporary rentals with modern lines and acrylic materials kept the aesthetic fresh and fun.C+V wanted to have an evening that felt more like an intimate dinner party…

Fiery Terracotta Tuscan Wedding Inspiration at Conti Di San Bonifacio

Oh Tuscany! Home to dreamy landscapes full of colorful rolling hills steeped in history, cypress trees, olive groves, golden sunsets, world renown cuisine and stunning venues: it woos us every time. The goal behind this editorial was to capture the magic of central Italy in order to share it with our destination wedding clients. After all, who wouldn’t want to have a bit of the Italian “dolce vita” as a part of their big day? The design is as warm as baked terracotta in the afternoon sun. See for yourself…

Seaside Naval Wedding at the Port of Anacortes

Men in uniform, maritime vibes, a rocking dance floor and romantic details: we’re all about this seaside soiree. It was two years ago this week that Michelle and Lucas tied the knot in beautiful Skagit Valley. With family ties to the area and stunning views of the San Juan Islands, these two chose the charming historical Sacred Heart Catholic Church in La Conner for the ceremony followed by the Port of Anacortes’ spacious Transit Shed for their reception. It was the perfect setting to welcome local guests as well as the far flung military crowd that made up a portion of the guest list.

Romantic Soft Hued Micro Wedding at Masseria Grieco

Any one who is in the know, knows that Puglia is Italy’s new destination wedding hot spot. Our couple is from the south of Italy, only a stone's throw away from this alluring region, renown for its distinctive architecture with white washed limestone walls and conical roof tops (called trulli). This inspiring locale with sun bleached stone, wheat fields and Romanesque structures fed our imaginations and served as the foundation of the aesthetic. Masseria Grieco was the perfect blank canvas to build an organically rich textured and soft toned design around.

Kim and Justin just celebrated their first anniversary yesterday and we can’t believe that it was 366 days ago since their super intimate micro wedding at Portland’s Coopers Hall. These two decided that in the face of the pandemic they didn’t want to wait a year or more to host their full sized wedding, so they scaled back their numbers to their immediate family and a couple friends and savored every second of their special day.

Colorful Same Sex Seattle Wedding at Chihuly Garden and Glass

Rory and Gary were two of the sweetest people we have ever met! From the moment we first spoke with them, it was instantly apparent how much love and understanding and respect flowed easily between them. Having met in Florida and relocated to the beautiful Pacific Northwest to start a life together, these two were so excited to have their friends and family come and experience the amazingness that is Seattle in the Summer! Their top priority was to create an incredibly memorable night celebrating their love with their guests.

Moody Blue Fig House Los Angeles Wedding

Meet Dana and Alex. These two cuties tied the knot at Los Angeles’ The Fig House surrounded by an intimate group of friends and family. The moody Mid Century inspired venue space created a bold and beautiful backdrop for the romantic lush floral from Best Day Ever Floral Design, natural linens, acrylic signage, menus from Swell Press Paper Co. and elegantly neutral table top rentals. A food and fun focused affair was the top priority for these two.

Ethereal Spring Modern Macrame Wedding Editorial

This spring shoot at Portland’s art venue Vessel By Eÿn Vas, captured by Maria Lamb, was a collaboration of artists celebrating all things fiber and floral. The design focus for this editorial was a synthesis of romantic flowers combined with textural and elemental materials, styled in a minimalist fashion. The white and airy backdrop of the venue allowed the bold yet earthy color palette to speak volumes.
